Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still request a return (see Return & Refund section below).
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order window blinds or décor products.
Items purchased during clearance or sale events.
Products damaged due to improper use or installation.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received back in our facility, we will inspect it.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.
If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
