Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (usually 7–15 business days, depending on design and specifications).
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
We use trusted courier partners for domestic deliveries across India.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Non-metro cities: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, as advertised on our website or social media.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your delivery status on the courier partner’s website.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Reshipping may incur additional charges, which will be borne by the customer.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and either replace the item or issue a refund.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
